  • Add Wellbeing Sessions: talking therapy / somatic yoga / moving body meditation. 3hrs, £200, 5hrs £300.

A Magical & Unique Experience

The Yurt Haven is a truly magical experience.  Set in nature next to a small stream and surrounded by trees it is a beautiful & private space in rural East Devon. 

We’ve created 4 separate zones for you to enjoy in a 1/4 acre secluded space at the back of our property. 

It gives you the experience of getting back to nature and yet it’s fully equipped with all creature comforts… it’s the next step up from glamping.

Suitable for: individuals / friends / couples / families

Whether you want to come alone to find some solace, as a couple for a romantic break, with friends or with your children for a unique getaway – it truly caters to all occasions.  There’s loads of space to allow you to hang out, find solace, relax and have fun whilst in a nature inspired setting…

THE YURT HAVEN 

ALL FOR YOU.  Exclusive use of everything listed. 

There is only one yurt, so you’ll have no other visitors around you (no facilities are shared).

  • Mongolian Yurt:
    original & super beautiful, with a wood burning stove.  Can be converted from (4 single beds / or converts to 1 double & 2 single beds).
  • The Cabin:
    with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and shower room.
  • Sauna Cabin & Relaxation Zone:
    with seating on a covered deck next to the stream and secluded garden zone.
  • Fire Pit Hangout Zone:
    with outdoor seating, recliners & picnic table 
  • Compost Toilet:
    along walkway bridge from the yurt deck.

FAQ's

How many does the yurt sleep?

The Yurt has 1 x double bed, and the option of 2 x single beds.

What’s included?

  • Towels & Bedding (you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer).
  • Electric Blankets (great for winter)
  • Wifi
  • Fully Equipped Kitchen
    Induction Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Cafeteria, Pots & Pans, Plates, Glasses, Cutlery, Cooking utensils.
  • A complimentary basket of wood for the Yurts WoodBurner (additional bags can be purchased at £10 a bag, or you’re welcome to bring your own).

Children

Children are welcome, and our young children love it down there. Please note that you’ll need to supervise them. For example around the fires and the raised walkway to the toilet has railings but is not panelled.

  • wellies / old trainers (the local walks are beautiful but can get pretty muddy at times!)
