There are times when you need to tune into something specific and want a held space to help you realign to yourself, so you can find the answers within you.
Throughout the sessions you'll be guided into your intuitive knowing & embodied wisdom (embodied = the knowing that is held in your heart & body, rather than your mind)... especially when I notice your mind is trying to take over 🙂
* hear your inner voice - rather than someone else's opinions of whats best for you or what you should / shouldn't do.
* get clear on what you want, or don't want.

At the end of each session you'll have suggested focus point(s), plus exercises and ideas for you to explore such as body & energy practices, meditations, journaling prompts & creative projects to support the discoveries from the session and to help you going forwards.
How many sessions?
4 - 8 sessions is typically enough to explore something specific and get clarity and movement on it.
For deeper issues such as severe depression or issues that have been playing out for many years, ongoing therapy sessions may be required for a longer period to allow exploration of the different layers and complexities.
Note: Session batches can also be continued on a rolling basis when required.

This is a commitment in looking at yourself for 3 months.
This program is designed to bring you back to you. It's a deep dive in honesty with yourself. Exploring your truth, whether it seems awkward, embarrassing, exciting or joyful. It's about embracing the light and the dark. Wholeness of self, comes from accepting the 'whole of oneself'. Nothing is off the table. This is a safe space in which all parts of you are respected, even the bits you don't like.
Typically coaching is about reaching a goal or objective. This is not that. I don't do goals. This is about opening the open ended book of you... in the knowledge that you will never be a finished piece of work, or defined by a box. Because so long as you are breathing, you are changing.
This is about finding acceptance with who you currently are and where you're currently at in life. It's about discovering the quiet inner voice of you & being able to trust it over the loud noise of other peoples beliefs and opinions. It's about figuring out what's right for you, rather than what you 'should be' or 'should do'.
Choose a life of meaning and staying true to your values means saying no to conforming to the norm & saying yes to being honest about who you are and what you want. Figuring out who you are and what you want is the work we'll do. And in doing that work, it will give you a grounding in how to continually redefine who you are and what you want. Because it will change.
This coaching is about having conscious conversations to raise your awareness, and help you maintain the alignment of your essence (who you are) with whatever is happening in your life (work, relationships, lifestyle).
