Over the 6 or 12 weeks you will experience a blend of three elements, to cultivate wholeness.
~ Guided Meditation & Visualisation practices ~ Moving Body Meditations (inspired by yoga, chi gong, meditative dance) ~ Self-reflection and somatic experiences *No experience is necessary, all exercises are gentle and suitable for beginners.
Each week we will cover a set topic that builds awareness for your own personal and inner journey.
